Workshop meeting in Elbląg
Next meeting concerning the course of “the Pomeranian Way of St James” in western part of Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodeship took place on 12th of September.
Participants of the meeting were: Grażyna Kluge – Deputy Mayor of Elbląg, Ryszard Wenta - Deputy Starost of Lębork County, Leszek Sarnowski – the Head of the Department of Culture in Elbląg Municipality, Marian Tomaszewski – Chairman of Elbląg Department of Polish Tourist Society, Hanna Skrobotun – Chairman of Elbląg Tourism Cluster, Mateusz Milanowski – worker of Elbląg Tourism Cluster, Tadeusz Krawczyk - tour guide and signposting specialist, Polish Tourist Society, Lębork, and Elżbieta Rekowska-Klassa – project coordinator, Lębork Municipality.
There was presented the course of the Route and detailed description of particular sections starting from Polish border with Kaliningrad. The engagement of Elbląg also deserves recognition. Participants accepted presented proposal. Next step will be preparation of necessary documents.
Currently final talks concerning the course of the Route are in progress. We hope it will be finalize this year.
